Our Communities

AdvantagePoint Health Alliance currently consists of eight distinct networks located in different communities throughout the nation, including:

• AdvantagePoint – Blue Ridge in the southern region of Virginia/West Virginia
• AdvantagePoint – Great Lakes in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula
• AdvantagePoint – Laurel Highlands in Central Pennsylvania/Lower Iowa
• AdvantagePoint – Tennessee Valley in the middle Tennessee/Northern Alabama region
• AdvantagePoint – Commonwealth across the state of Kentucky and lower Indiana
• AdvantagePoint – Western North Carolina in the mountain region of North Carolina
• AdvantagePoint – Hot Springs in Arkansas/Texas/New Mexico/Arizona
• AdvantagePoint – Northwest in Northwest Idaho/Southeast Washington/Western Montana/Nevada

Together, the alliance includes more than 2,000+ providers and 40+ hospitals and actively manages the health of more than 280,000 individuals.
