AdvantagePoint – Tennessee Valley was formed in collaboration with North Alabama Medical Center and Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in 2021. The network includes more than 150 providers and 5 hospitals located throughout the Tennessee Valley region.
From the banks of the Tennessee River in The Shoals (Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia, and Sheffield in Colbert County and Florence in Lauderdale County) of Alabama, to the National Parks in Southern Tennessee. Every season in this region abounds with opportunities for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and camping.
Additionally, these communities are heavily influenced by musical history/events with each location being the birthplace of musical icons such as W. C. Handy, Jason Isbell, and James Vaughn. Muscle Shoals is the home of the legendary FAME recording studios and the Handy Festival, while Manchester, TN, hosts the annual Bonnaroo Festival. Tuscumbia, AL, is the birthplace of Helen Keller and holds an annual festival to celebrate her contributions to society.
